Major update coming soon

Whatsup guys!

I wanted to give you a little heads-up about the upcoming update. Development is still going strong and there is lots of cool stuff coming. In fact, the new major update is around the corner and I'm currently finishing up the last few bits before release.

To make it official... There is going to be a reset for both the character and the game world! The last couple of months were really busy for me as I made a completely new world which was needed to prepare the map for the future containing more islands. I also wanted a different style and had to reimagine the map generation algorithms to have a better mix of rocky and flat terrain. More about the new world will be shown in the next blog post.

We have discussed a bit about the content part of the game and what would best to improve at the moment. It was very clear that most of you guys just wanted 'raiding' to finally happen so that's what I am going to do! In the next update, I will enable object damage on claimed land and at the same time introduce the new craftable "Explosive Barrel". Of course, this item will be rather hard to acquire and I will do my best to balance it so the effort to craft weighs up to the reward of using it

The new update is set to launch this month so keep an eye on the website and don't miss out.
